Welcome to Weatherstone
Welcome to PPM Engage: the official communication tool of Professional Properties Management (PPM) and Weatherstone Homeowners Association.

The families that reside in the 200 homes nestled in our northwest Cary neighborhood have built a warm, friendly and comfortable community- a place you’ll want to call home!

Neighborhood
Each street ends in a pleasant cul-de-sac; well-manicured lawns and wooded yards allow for privacy as well as providing the perfect setting for a cookout among neighbors. Weatherstone homes average about 3,000 square feet with average lot sizes of about one third acre. The neighborhood was completed in 2001, offering modern construction in an established neighborhood with many trees.

Activities
An active Homeowners Association sponsors neighborhood socials, holiday parties for children, community yard sales and many more events. There are a number of clubs for topics ranging from Gardening to Technology to Books to Pets. A five-lane pool beckons residents on hot summer days and is also home to the Weatherstone Sharks competitive swim team. Adjacent to the pool are community tennis courts and a playground for children. The neighborhood offers unlimited use of the amenities while maintaining some of the lowest HOA dues in the area.

School and Work
Weatherstone is in close proximity to top-notch public and private schools.  St. Michael's Catholic Elementary and Weatherstone Elementary are both located adjacent to the neighborhood and in walking distance. Weatherstone Elementary is one of Wake county's STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Network schools, incorporating the latest in technology focused learning to all grades. The neighborhood is convenient to all the best the Triangle has to offer, and is just 8 miles from downtown Raleigh to the east, and 8 miles to the center of Research Triangle Park to the northwest.

Cary
Cary offers excellent parks, great shopping, great entertainment and recreational opportunities.  Raleigh-Durham International Airport and an Amtrak train station are just minutes from the neighborhood making travel easy for homeowners and their guests. The town’s largest metro park, Bond Park is adjacent to the neighborhood and provides access to a large network of greenways throughout the city.
